It’s surprising to realise that I haven’t blogged for three years. So much has happened in that time, personally and professionally, that my online presence here has taken a backseat. Although i’m busier than ever, the current state of self-isolation means that - when I do have free time - i’m thinking about all the projects i’d like to do.
If we were having coffee, i’d tell you i’ve been nominated for my first Liebster Award! Hooray! “What’s a Liebster Award?” you say? It’s an award given out by fellow bloggers to recognise and promote new or up and coming blogs. It’s been around since 2011 and essentially acts like a chain letter, paying the love forward. I’ll admit I normally steer clear of chain letters and those silly status things that get pasted all over Facebook.
Yes, I don’t know what that post title is getting at either.. So #NaBloPoMo is over and - a bit like waking up to a house full of discarded wrapping paper and half eaten leftovers on Boxing Day - it’s come and gone quicker than expected leaving me a bit dazed. I wrote 19 out of 30 posts this month so didn’t quite reach maturity as a fully grown #NanoPoblano Tiny Pepper.
